| Job Description: | The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the coordiantion of healthcare services to the individuals that reside in our ICF/IID program. The main job duties incude but are not limited to the following: Medication administration, assist with medical appointments and follow up, follow through with physician orders, supervise and train non-licensed staff on health needs of the individuals served, follow up on incident reports and serve on a on call nurse rotation. |

| Education Level and Experience: | Must be, as a minimum, a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program |
| Licenses/Certifications | Must possess a valid and current nursing license in the state of Iowa |
| Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Work Activities | Must be able to demonstrate good nursing judgement and to be able to make appropriate independent decisions when warranted. |
